  1. Access Ronda Privé: Scan the event QR or enter through a direct link.
  2. Browse the digital menu: View available products, pricing, and options at each point of sale.
  3. Place your order: Select items, pay from your phone, and receive a QR confirmation code.
  4. Pick up or receive: Head to the collection point or receive at your seat. No queues.

For bar & kitchen

  1. Receive the order: The operations team sees each order with full product, customer, and location details.
  2. Start preparation: Staff updates the status: received, in preparation, ready.
  3. Scan and deliver: For Pick Up, the customer's QR is scanned. For Seat Delivery, the order is linked to the location.
  4. Update status: The system updates in real time: ready, delivered. Complete traceability.

For organizers

  1. Configure your event: Define points of sale, products, pricing, and enabled order modes.
